Customer Support
Once a customers new website is up and running they need to know that the company they have
chosen to create there website will still be there to provide them with backup, should they
have a problem with there websites or require any alterations the they can contact.
We provide support for all our clients, there is no time limit on this support they can ask
us as many questions as they like. Most of our clients are setting up websites for the first
time and have a few questions and queries after their website goes live, so we are happy to
provide after sales support.
Any alterations to the website design are also carried out providing an email has being
received with details of the alterations required. Payment of our final invoice for the
completion of a website, doesn't mean we leave them to there own devices and they may find
that they need to make small alterations here or there, or perhaps some content altered on
there website.
Any major changes or additions to your site, such as the addition of an online shop will
obviously carry a cost implication and a price is agreed before the work is carried out.
All support enquiries are handled via email initially and telephone conversations can be
arranged thereafter if required. We answer all enquiries within 24 hours.
Website Performance and Downtime
We do not use third party companies to host our websites we have our own hosting company. This
allows us a great deal of flexability on the hosting packages we provide
Damb-Tech Ltd's Website is hosted in the same place as all our customer's websites,
so if there is a problem then it will also effect us.
E-Commerce Solutions are dealt with as quickly as possible because whilst there is a problem
we understand that it is costing our customers money.
The servers are managed 24 hours a day 365 days a week, so if there is a problem then it can be
dealt with as quickly as possible which means all websites can be back and running as soon as possible.
